Description
This standalone Heating Plate offers a large 300x150mm surface to control the temperature of electronic components above the ambient temperature. It can heat up to 200°C with ±1°C absolute accuracy or cool down loads dissipating up to 200W thanks to the internal air cooling system.
Four zones in the baseplate ensure temperature homogeneity within 1°C along the plate.
5 user probes can be optionally connected to the Heating Plate in order to monitor some DUT surface temperatures for instance:

- one Thermocouple input
- one input for BT3247 4-channel temperature measurement cable (±1°C absolute accuracy)
